Learn the story of our Key Account Manager, Fernanda Delgado. Fernanda has six years of experience working at D’Ortega Lithography. She began her career in Packaging Engineering, then worked in the area of Project Specification where the technical details of the products are defined, such as type of paper, sheet size, inks and finishes. This experience allowed her to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's production processes and equipment.
 

Fernanda later joined the Customer Service team. She faced the challenges caused by the pandemic in 2020, which brought a significant increase in demand for products. Despite the pressure, she managed to process orders efficiently, ensuring supply to customers.
 

In 2022, she faced another challenge: the uncontrolled increase in commodity prices such as cardboard stock, inks and transportation. Her objective was always to find a balance between the interests of the company and those of its customers, looking for alternatives to minimize the impact of these increases.
 

Each project and each client transmit a special emotion, reminding her of the effort and dedication necessary to achieve the company's objectives.
